About These Terms

These terms outline how we work together. When you hire Miss Brooke Marketing, you're agreeing to these terms.

What We Provide

We provide marketing support including social media management, design, website updates, email marketing, strategy, and content creation. Scope and timelines are agreed in writing in your Statement of Work.

What You Own

You own everything we create for you that is paid for. Your website, social media accounts, content, data, and email lists belong to you. You have admin access to all accounts and can access them anytime.

Payment Terms

Fees are outlined in your Statement of Work. Payment terms are agreed upfront. Late payments may result in project delays. Work completed is still due payment if you pause or cancel.

Revisions

One round of revisions is included in all projects. Additional revisions are available at agreed rates.

Intellectual Property

Content we create for you belongs to you once paid. Pre-existing templates or systems we use remain our property, but work created for your brand is yours.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, give honest feedback, communicate clearly, pay on time, and not misuse or misrepresent our work.

Statement of Work (SOW)

All projects include a Statement of Work (SOW) outlining scope, timeline, investment, and terms. This is our agreement. Anything not in the Statement of Work isn't included.

Terminating the Relationship

Terms for ending are in your Statement of Work. You know the terms upfront. You still owe payment for work completed.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential. We don't share details without permission. We may use general examples with your permission in case studies or portfolio pieces. We may use your graphics on our website and social media.

AI and Tools

We use AI tools and marketing platforms to support your work. AI is behind the scenes. We're transparent about tools used.

Limitation of Liability

We're not responsible for results depending on outside factors, third-party platform issues, work after the relationship ends, or information you share publicly.

Changes to These Terms

We may update terms and will let you know about significant changes. Continuing work means you agree to updated terms.

Disputes

We'll try to resolve disagreements through conversation. If needed, either party can pursue legal action in Victoria, Australia.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Entire Agreement

These terms plus your Statement of Work make up the entire agreement between us.
