Real Work. Real Thinking.
“Brooke helped our 35-year-old business not only catch up with the latest marketing trends but also stay ahead of them. I can highly recommend her work.”
Good marketing is not about making a pretty thing and then hoping for the best. It starts with understanding the business. I want to know what is working, what is not, and where you want to go, no matter how big or small your business is. Then I can connect the dots and make it happen.
That is when the ideas start coming together. It makes the content make sense, and it gives you a strategy and somewhere to go. My brain turns into overdrive with new ideas popping in and thinking outside the box!
I work with established brands (big and small), growing businesses, and startups. Some clients need one focused project. Others need support across the whole marketing picture. You choose what you need, and I will deliver.
Here are a few testimonials and examples of the work behind the work.
“Brooke puts so much hard work and effort into everything she does. She is a joy to work with”
“We are looking fantastic thanks to Brooke’s input. There has been real progress for the brand, and I am excited to see what comes next”

Marketing support for a national dog wash franchise:
Aussie Pooch Mobile is a mobile dog washing franchise with operators across Australia with over 180 operators.
I worked with the support office across the national brand, franchise marketing and regular day to day content. The work needed to support the bigger Aussie Pooch name while still giving local franchisees useful material.
This was not a set and forget job. There was always something happening. New franchisees, local stories, campaign ideas, story dogs (yes, google this one), website changes and marketing material all needed to feel connected.
What I worked on:
Social media planning, content and artwork.
Weekly scheduling and updates through Later.
Website updates and franchisee welcome pages.
Franchise recruitment campaign support.
Paid social campaign creative.
EDM campaign concepts and headers.
Reels and video content planning.
Flyers, QR codes and print material.
Letterheads and internal marketing templates.
Local content for franchisees across Australia.
The outcome:
Aussie Pooch Mobile had regular content going out across its social media channels with my support. The support office also had clearer marketing material ready for campaigns, local operators and print needs.
The work helped keep the national brand consistent while making space for the people and dogs behind each local area.
Aussie Pooch Mobile was recognised in the 2025 Topfranchise Awards. The brand placed in the top ten for Brand and Marketing. And, they were also #1 for support (awesome).
The thinking behind it:
Franchise marketing needed to feel consistent without becoming boring.
People wanted to see a brand they trust. They also wanted to see the local faces, dogs and stories that make the service feel real.
That was the balance. Keep the national brand strong while helping each local area feel like it mattered.
AUSSIE POOCH DIRECT
Making an online pet store easier to shop.
Aussie Pooch Direct is the online shopping side of the Aussie Pooch business.
I created the Shopify website and the marketing around it. The goal was to make it easier for customers to find products (user experience), understand offers and feel confident buying online.
There was plenty happening behind the scenes. Website updates, new promotions, customer questions and product content all needed attention.
What I worked on:
Shopify website design and updates.
Shop design and product presentation.
Product promotion and website content.
Email marketing and Shopify automations.
Newsletter sign up offers and discount codes.
Customer support through Shopify Inbox.
Social media content and graphics.
Website banner and header updates.
Flyers and QR codes for events and promotions.
Working with the Aussie Pooch team on product and website changes.
The outcome:
Aussie Pooch Direct had a more consistent online presence across the website, social media and customer emails.
The customer journey became clearer. From seeing a product on social media through to shopping online, signing up to emails and receiving offers.
Aussie Pooch Direct also had better systems in place going forward for customer questions, discount offers and regular promotions.
The thinking behind it:
An online store has to do more than look good.
Customers need to find what they need quickly. They need to understand the offer, the business and the products. They need to trust the business enough to check out.
That is where the work matters. Good marketing brings people in. Good website thinking helps them stay.

Bringing a women’s wellness brand to life:
Aviiana is a women’s wellness brand created to support women through perimenopause and menopause and I proudly worked on this brand for over 2 years.
I worked closely with the founder Mary Doube and Ali Daddo to help bring the vision to life. The work covered the brand, logo design, social media, the Shopify website, and the launch material. It also included the day-to-day marketing that keeps a new brand moving.
The goal was to create something warm, clear and professional. It needed to feel supportive without feeling clinical.
What I worked on:
Brand name, logo and creative direction.
Shopify website design and ongoing website updates.
Brand guidelines and visual consistency.
Social media planning, content, and artwork.
Social media feed direction and Canva reels.
Email marketing and email automation.
Launch content and promotional planning.
Press release copy and media pack design.
Corporate offer and presentation material.
Digital guides, resources and downloadable documents.
Private Facebook community support.
Working with the wider Aviiana team on content and launch activity.
The outcome:
Aviiana launched with a clear visual identity and a strong digital home. The brand had a consistent look across the Shopify website, social media, media material and customer emails.
The launch had more than a logo and a website behind it. It had a brand voice, launch content, email systems, and material ready to share with partners.
During my time on the brand, Instagram grew from 2,500 followers to nearly 12,000. Facebook grew from 500 followers to 1,400.
The thinking behind it:
A brand like Aviiana needed to feel like it understood the women it is speaking to.
It needed to be useful. It needed to feel warm. It needed to make people feel seen.
That was the job with Aviiana. Create a brand that felt considered, supportive and easy to trust.

Making a peanut butter brand impossible to ignore
Monkey Nuts is an Australian loaded peanut butter brand with a big personality. It is fun, bold, and a little bit cheeky.
I worked alongside the owner Mark for nearly two years. I looked after the wider marketing picture so the website, social media, emails, and campaigns all felt like the same brand.
This was not just about making posts look good. It was about keeping the brand moving, finding new opportunities, and making it easy for customers to buy.
What I worked on
Brand direction and visual consistency.
Shopify website updates, product pages, and website content.
Shopify Inbox setup and customer questions.
Shop App design and product presentation.
Email marketing, newsletters and Shopify automations.
Social media planning, content, graphics and scheduling through Later.
Content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
UGC creator sourcing, briefs, agreements and content approval.
Product seeding and creator communication.
Product Photography
Amazon Store content and product listing reviews.
Trade material, brochures and Good Food Show graphics.
Working with paid advertising and SEO suppliers.
The outcome
Monkey Nuts became more consistent across its website, social media and customer communication. The brand had a clearer voice. It also had more regular content, stronger creator relationships, and better systems behind the scenes.
New Shopify automations supported sales while Mark focused on the business. The Shopify Inbox also gave customers a simple way to get answers. The UGC program created regular content that felt real and fun. It gave the brand fresh material for social media and advertising.
The thinking behind it
Monkey Nuts should never feel bland. It needs to feel like a proper little treat.
The content needs to make people hungry.
The website needs to make buying easy.
The emails need to keep the fun going after someone has left the site.
That was the goal. Keep the brand playful, keep it moving, and make sure every part of the marketing works together.

Building a brand that shows the process.
Miss Brooke is my own brand. It is also the best example of how I think in this crazy fun world of marketing.
The website, branding, content, and illustrations all work together, and it definitely shows my personality :). It also explains what I do without making people work too hard to understand it.
I wanted the site to feel direct, warm, and a little bit of cheeky marketing. I did not want another marketing website full of vague words and stock photos. I wanted it to sound like me. I wanted people to know what I do. I also wanted you to feel like you could actually talk to me.
What I worked on
Brand identity and visual direction
Website design
Content and service messaging
Custom illustrations
Blog content and email marketing
Logo design
Google Page
The thinking behind it...
Your brand should feel like you. It should not look like every other business in your industry. It should not use words that sound good but say nothing. It should make you feel something. Then it should make it easy for you to understand what happens next.
That is what I bring to every client project.
What clients can expect:
I am highly recommended. I just need to get better at asking people to write it down LOL.
Clear scope and honest expectations
Direct access to the person doing the work (meeeeee)
Strategy before decoration (with smaller clients, the strategy is in my head but I am always happy to write it down)
Open communication and useful feedback
You own your website, accounts, designs and data (gawd, never let anyone take control of your assets)
No mystery outsourcing
No pressure
No inflated promises
Just thoughtful work that makes sense for your business
People feel supported when they work with me. Clear. Confident. Ready to move forward. If this feels like what you need, let's chat.
Want to talk about your project?
You might need a new website. You might need help with branding, content, or email marketing. You might simply need someone to look at what is happening and help you work out the next step.
That is what the free 30-minute chat is for. No hard sell. No pressure. Just honest guidance.

A clear Squarespace website for a construction business
Construction websites do not need bells and whistles. They need to be clear. They need to look good. They need to give people confidence in the business. I created the Atari Construction website in Squarespace. The goal was to give the business a strong online home. A place where potential clients could see the work and understand what Atari does, which included focusing on presenting the business clearly and giving potential clients an easy way to see the work.
What I worked on
Logo Design
Squarespace website design
Website structure and page layout
Clear content presentation
A digital home that aligns with the Atari Construction brand
Social Media recommendations
The thinking behind it
A website does not need to be complicated to work. People need to understand who you are, and they need to understand what you do. They need to feel confident enough to take the next step. Good design makes that process feel easy.
Let's make your marketing feel easier.
Tell me what you're working on, and I'll help you move forward.
